Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Payment and Price

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. The same address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Description of Goods & Product Information

All images, descriptions & specifications on our site are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to ensure their accuracy we cannot be guarantee their accuracy.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Delivery Charges & Times

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added at the checkout. All orders above £65 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK – Excluding Scottish Highlands. Orders outside mainland UK will be chargeable at our standard rates. We aim to complete all orders within 4 to 7 working days, If artwork/proofs are required 4 to 7 working days is from acceptance of the final proof.

Risk

From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. We will not accept liability for goods lost and or damaged in transit.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Incorrect, damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving them.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving it for credit or a refund. It is your responsibility to return your purchases in its original box and packaging in the condition you received them. Returns should be sent to; The Trophy Store Ltd, 16 Woodley Precinct, Woodley, Stockport, SK6 1RJ. For security you should either obtain proof of posting or send via a method that requires a signature. You will be responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of goods. We reserve the right to levy a restocking surcharge on returned goods at a minimum of 20% of the invoice value. We cannot accept the return of any personalised goods.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy

The Trophy Store Ltd does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
